2003£­RL Type of Electricity Saving Device is the new generation digital controlled electricity saving product developed for pratical situation on the basis of adopting advanced electricity saving technology both home and abroad. The product uses embedded chip-microcomputer as master circuit. It adopts R type material with high magnetic conductivity and sets up inner damping or trapped wave loop which can effectively eliminate or weaken the ultra harmonics transmitted by the electric network (mainly odd harmonics of the 3rd , 5th and 7th ).The major loop is built up with special energy saving coils and consists of no electronic component, contact point, rotary mechanism or carbon brush, which ensures it to
output the continuous inductance, imposing no harmonic interference to the network and gain a high reliability and a strong capability against power surge, voltage surge and huge momentary load. Therefore it can reduce the maintenance cost and labor. In addition, equipped with a split phase compensator with the 3-phase power supply, the device is not only able to adjust the power factor of each phase, but also reduce the reactive power and even eliminate the ultra harmonics component incurred in the load. As a result, the electricity saving device will do a remarkable job and at the same time lighten the burden of main transformer of electric transmission, boost the capacity of the transformer and increase the load consumption of the users.

The adjustment process of voltage in circuit
When input voltage is between VH and VL, the circuit will not operate. In case of an input voltage exceeding VH, the device will reduce voltage until input voltage comes down below VL. Thus keep the voltage of circuit between VH and VL on the whole. The device sets up controlling points for high and low operating voltages and the chip-microcomputer monitors the circuit power voltage. In case of voltage exceeding VH, which is the high amount of operating voltage for lamp or appliance (adjustable), the step-down circuit operates automatically. In case of voltage below the low operating voltage for lamp or appliance, the circuit deactivates itself automatically.
